4 Instructor Qualification
The BEATUBE® Instructor title is granted only to individuals who have successfully completed the official BEATUBE® instructor training program and received an official diploma.
Qualification grants limited professional rights to teach the BEATUBE® method according to the guidelines taught in the official training. Qualification does not grant ownership rights to the BEATUBE® method, brand, or intellectual property.
BEATUBE® reserves the right to revoke an instructor’s qualification in cases of:
- Misuse of the method
- Unauthorized distribution of materials
- Unsafe instruction practices
- Violation of contractual agreements
5 Instructor Hub – Restricted Access
The BEATUBE® Instructor Hub is a restricted digital platform designed exclusively for qualified BEATUBE® instructors. Access is granted only to individuals who:
- Completed the official BEATUBE® instructor training program
- Successfully fulfilled all course requirements
- Received an official BEATUBE® instructor diploma
6 Strict Non-Sharing Policy
All materials inside the Instructor Hub are strictly confidential professional resources. These materials may include:
- Lesson plans and instructional videos
- Teaching methodologies and movement sequences
- Training protocols and educational documents
- Internal updates
Qualified instructors agree that they will not:
- Share Hub materials with non-qualified individuals
- Upload materials to public platforms
- Copy or distribute materials to students or other professionals
- Sell or republish Hub content
- Allow unauthorized individuals to access the Hub
7 Instructor Hub Access Fees (Future Versions)
Instructors who currently have access to the Instructor Hub acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The current version of the Instructor Hub is a pilot version provided to licensed BEATUBE® instructors who have successfully completed the instructor training program and fulfilled all course requirements. Instructors are aware that access to this pilot version is temporary and that, once an updated version of the Hub is released and after the six-month access period included in the training package ends, continued access will require payment.
- The upcoming updated version of the Instructor Hub will operate as a paid service and will be available exclusively to licensed BEATUBE® instructors.
- Failure to complete the required payment for continued use of the Instructor Hub may result in termination of access to the Hub and the loss of instructor-specific benefits and resources.
8 Equipment Use
Qualified instructors agree to use only official BEATUBE® equipment when delivering BEATUBE® sessions, in accordance with the safety standards taught during training.
The use of unofficial or modified equipment may compromise participant safety and may lead to revocation of instructor status.
9 Limitation of Liability
BEATUBE® makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on this Website. However, the Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
BEATUBE® shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Injuries resulting from improper use of the method
- Misinterpretation or misuse of instructional content
- Technical interruptions or website downtime
